Terms of Service

1. The Service and the seller

Afftrack.dev is a service operated by BIG MAN GROUP SERVICE AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). Afftrack.dev provides server-side conversion tracking, postback forwarding, and analytics for affiliate marketers. Features, quotas, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change. By creating an account you enter into a contract with BIG MAN GROUP SERVICE AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, in addition to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent traffic.
• No adult, gambling, or regulated content without prior written approval.
• No attempts to overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent quotas.
• No forwarding of personal data you have no lawful basis to process.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Overages beyond your plan quota may be throttled or rejected. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Affiliate program

Participation in our referral program is governed by the terms shown on the /affiliate page, including commission rate, attribution window, payout threshold, and anti-fraud rules.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the conversion data you send to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay. You can delete your account any time.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
