Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Afftrack.dev, why, and the rights you have.
Who we are
Afftrack.dev is operated by BIG MAN GROUP SERVICE AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service, and determine the purposes and means of that processing.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, workspace, password hash.
- Billing data: handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (see below); we store only subscription status and last-4 metadata.
- Conversion data: click IDs, transaction IDs, payout amounts, network identifiers you send to our endpoints.
- Product analytics: pages viewed, IP, user agent, referrer — for security and product improvement.
Why we process it
- Provide the Service and enforce plan quotas.
- Bill and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Communicate product updates and support.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Contract performance, our legitimate interest in operating the Service, your consent for marketing emails, and legal obligations for tax and accounting records.
Subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, database, analytics, and payments. In particular, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all order, billing, tax, invoicing, and refund data on our behalf. Paddle is an independent controller for that payment data under its own Privacy Notice and Buyer Terms. A current subprocessor list is available on request at support@afftrack.dev.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure. Conversion logs are retained per your plan (30 to 365 days). Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email support@afftrack.dev and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a first-party referral cookie for the affiliate program. No third-party ad tracking.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and least-privilege service accounts. See Security.
