Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

All paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first successful payment. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full amount of your first invoice in the original currency and payment method.

2. What is eligible

• First-time paid subscriptions to any Afftrack.dev plan.
• Refunds requested within 14 days of the first charge.
• Accounts that have not violated our Terms of Service.

3. What is not eligible

• Renewal, upgrade, or prorated charges after the first 14-day period.
• Charges made more than 14 days ago.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
• Custom enterprise or annual contracts unless explicitly stated in the contract.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at support@afftrack.dev with your account email and the invoice number. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past charges unless the request is within the 14-day window above.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
