  1. 01Commission: tiered 20% (0–9 paying refs) → 39% (10–24) → 40% (25+) of every recurring payment. At 40%, Growth $19/mo pays $7.60/mo per ref; Pro $29/mo pays $11.60/mo.
  2. 02Attribution: 90-day cookie, last-click. If another affiliate's link is clicked after yours within the window, the last click wins.
  3. 03Payouts: monthly on the 15th once your pending balance clears $50 ($20 in your first 90 days). PayPal only.
  4. 04Refunds & chargebacks: reversed commissions are deducted from your next payout. Our plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  5. 05Top-partner bonus: 10+ paying refs → lifetime free Pro plan. 100+ refs → dedicated manager, custom rate, co-branded landing pages.
  6. 06Prohibited: self-referrals, incentivized traffic (cashback / rebate / PTC), coupon-only sites, brand-name PPC bidding, spam email, adware, adult / illegal traffic.
  7. 07Tax: US affiliates earning $600+/year submit W-9; non-US affiliates submit W-8BEN. Collected via dashboard when threshold is approached.
  8. 08Afftrack.dev reserves the right to reject fraudulent referrals or terminate accounts violating these terms.
